Dairy-Free Chocolate pudding
A creamy, and luscious chocolate pudding quick to whip up and is deceptively Dairy-free.

- 1 cup Oatmilk Full-fat Oatly or Extra Creamy silk oatmilk
- 1½ cup Marshmallow Allergy friendly kind
- 2 tbsp Cacao Powder or Cocoa powder
- ½ cup Semi-sweet chocolate Enjoy Life
- ⅛ tsp Vanilla optional
In a sauce pan boil the Oatmilk and Marshmallow until the marshmallow completely melts and remove it off heat
Take 2 tbsp of the hot oatmilk in a small bowl and add 2 tbsp of cacao powder making a paste with no lumps.
Return the oatmilk back on the stove on medium to low heat and add the Cacao paste, and vanilla. Mix well until you see no lumps.
Turn of the heat, add the chocolate chips into the mixture and combine until all the chocolate is melted.
Strain the mixture into your desired ramekin and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
