Dairy-Free Chocolate pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Oatmilk Full-fat Oatly or Extra Creamy silk oatmilk
  • cup Marshmallow Allergy friendly kind
  • 2 tbsp Cacao Powder or Cocoa powder
  • ½ cup Semi-sweet chocolate Enjoy Life
  • tsp Vanilla optional

Instructions
 

  • In a sauce pan boil the Oatmilk and Marshmallow until the marshmallow completely melts and remove it off heat
  • Take 2 tbsp of the hot oatmilk in a small bowl and add 2 tbsp of cacao powder making a paste with no lumps.
  • Return the oatmilk back on the stove on medium to low heat and add the Cacao paste, and vanilla. Mix well until you see no lumps.
  • Turn of the heat, add the chocolate chips into the mixture and combine until all the chocolate is melted.
  • Strain the mixture into your desired ramekin and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
