Disclaimer

My goal for this blog is to share my past, present, and future experiences with you being an EczeMOM. Having kids with allergies and eczema is bound to pose challenges in everyday life.  I am more than happy to share all the information I learn through this journey as I know I am not alone.

I am a nurse and an EczeMOM. But what I am NOT is a medical doctor.

Please DO NOT use the information provided in this blog and any articles posted to this site to diagnose or treat any medical conditions. I have learned and gathered a lot of information through years of constant research, talking to several doctors/specialists, trial & error, daily battles with eczema & food allergies, and talking with other fellow EczeMOMs. If you believe you have eczema or a specific food allergy please consult a dermatologist and/or an allergist respectively.

In my recipes, I use ingredients that others might not consider a healthy choice for themselves or their child. However, with a restricted diet, my choices for my kids tend to be very limited so I work with what is possible for me and my family. When following any of my recipes it is your responsibility to read the label and do your research on everything and be 100% positive that it is safe for you and your loved ones. If you would like further clarification or more information on a specific topic please write a comment or send me an email. I will be happy to provide you with any additional details that I can provide.

Please remember that you are responsible for your own family’s health and actions resulting from reading anything from this blog.

The majority of photos posted in this blog are pictures of me and my family from our personal albums. I request that you do not use any images without my written consent & permission.

If you have any questions and would like me to research about a topic or feel that a specific topic is worth a post on this blog please send me an email, I would love to hear from each and every one of you.
